Four Strings provided a string quartet for the 16 September 2012 Wedding of Megan Buck and Martin Lopez, held in Rosine Hall at the Dallas Arboretum in Dallas, TX.

While the prelude music was classical, the ceremony featured the alt-rock standards Yellow and Bittersweet Symphony, as well as the debut of a new arrangement–Swell Season’s Falling Slowly–which made for a gorgeous bridal processional.

Four Strings–performing in our rock music configuration as revolution4–provided music for the 8 September 2012 wedding of Gina Yarrito and Mike Brindamour, held outdoors at Wisteria Place in Mesquite, TX.

The music included a prelude and ceremony drawn entirely of rock hits from the 1970s right up to today’s charts.

Four Strings provided a string quartet for the 50th Wedding Anniversary Reception of Charles and Linda Draper, held on 26 May 2012 at the Sante Fe Depot in Gainesville, TX.

As guests arrived and mingled, Four Strings performed selections from the extensive string quartet literature of W.A. Mozart.

After toasts and speeches, the group switched to its rock string quartet configuration–revolution4–and performed a set of “classics” of a very different kind.

A wedding-reception combo this time, for Catherine Benton and Matthew Thiesen, held in the chapel of Denton Bible Church. The wedding itself was strictly classical, but the quartet switched to its pop/rock configuration (revolution4) for the reception.
